Delivery Options

We offer two delivery options at checkout: nationwide courier delivery and mall collection. Choose what works best for you.

Courier Delivery

• Delivered door-to-door anywhere in South Africa.
• Standard delivery fee applies at checkout.
• Free delivery on orders over R2000.
• Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days.
• You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Mall Collection

• Pick up from a selected mall location near you.
• No delivery fee on collection orders.
• You'll be notified by WhatsApp or SMS when your order is ready.
• Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
