30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Eligible Items

• Unworn sneakers with box and all tags attached.
• Clothing with original tags, unwashed and unworn.
• Items must show no signs of wear, scuffs, or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as Final Sale.
• Items that have been worn or used.
• Items without original packaging or missing tags.

How to Return

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
3. Ship the item back or drop it off at a collection point.
4. Refund or exchange processed within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item was incorrectly sent or faulty.
